PipePulse is operated by PipePulse for technologies, based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You can reach us at contact@pipepulse.ai.
This policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you visit this website or join the PipePulse early access waitlist.
2. Data we collect
When you submit the early access form, we collect:
- the email address you enter
- technical information sent with the submission, such as your browser user agent and the page you came from
- basic metadata we need to manage the waitlist, such as the submission date
The form also contains a hidden anti-spam field that real visitors never see or fill in. Submissions that trigger it are treated as automated and are discarded without being stored.
The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies today. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
3. How we use the data
- to manage the early access waitlist
- to contact you about PipePulse early access, product updates, or onboarding
- to protect the form from spam and abuse
- to improve the website and the waitlist flow
4. Why we are allowed to process it
You submit your email voluntarily to request early access. We use it for that request and for related product communication. We do not use it for anything unrelated to PipePulse.
5. Sharing and processors
We use infrastructure providers to run this website and the waitlist: the site is hosted on Vercel, and waitlist submissions are stored with Supabase. These providers process data on our behalf to operate the service.
We do not sell personal data.
6. International processing
Our providers may process or store data in countries other than your own. We keep the data we collect limited to what the waitlist needs.
7. Retention
We keep waitlist data while early access is active and as needed to manage product communication. You can request deletion at any time at contact@pipepulse.ai.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to contact@pipepulse.ai and we will handle the request.
9. Children
The website and the waitlist are not intended for children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product and the website evolve. The date at the top shows the latest version.
