Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

PipePulse is operated by PipePulse for technologies, based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You can reach us at contact@pipepulse.ai.

This policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you visit this website or join the PipePulse early access waitlist.

2. Data we collect

When you submit the early access form, we collect:

The form also contains a hidden anti-spam field that real visitors never see or fill in. Submissions that trigger it are treated as automated and are discarded without being stored.

The website also uses optional analytics cookies, but only if you accept them. Section 3 explains how that works and how to change your choice.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity, an analytics service from Microsoft, to understand how visitors use this website. Clarity makes recordings of how a page was used, so we can see which pages are visited, where people click, and how far they scroll. We use that to find usability problems and to improve navigation, content, and the early access flow. We do not use it for advertising.

Clarity may process information such as page visits, clicks, scroll behavior, device and browser details, approximate location, and pseudonymous identifiers. Sensitive fields are masked in the page before data is sent, including the email field in the early access form. This website is a public landing page with no login area. We do not use Clarity to record passwords, payment details, CRM records, or imported lead data.

Analytics cookies are optional and stay off until you accept them in the cookie banner. If you accept, Clarity sets two cookies on this site: _clck, which remembers a pseudonymous visitor ID between visits, and _clsk, which links the page views of one visit into a session. Microsoft may set further cookies on its own domains while analytics run. If you reject, no analytics cookies are set and Clarity runs in a limited mode that cannot link your page views together. In that mode Microsoft still receives a small amount of cookieless data about single page views, and those views are not connected to each other or to a lasting identifier.

You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer. We keep your choice in your browser for up to 12 months and then ask again. Withdrawing consent stops analytics cookies from that point on. It does not delete data that was already collected. Microsoft states that Clarity recordings are generally retained for 30 days, with some sampled data kept for up to 9 months under Microsoft's terms.

4. How we use the data

5. Why we are allowed to process it

You submit your email voluntarily to request early access. We use it for that request and for related product communication. We do not use it for anything unrelated to PipePulse.

6. Sharing and processors

We use service providers to run this website and the waitlist: the site is hosted on Vercel, waitlist submissions are stored with Supabase, and website analytics are provided by Microsoft Clarity as described in section 3. These providers process data on our behalf to operate the service.

We do not sell personal data.

7. International processing

Our providers may process or store data in countries other than your own. We keep the data we collect limited to what the waitlist needs.

8. Retention

We keep waitlist data while early access is active and as needed to manage product communication. You can request deletion at any time at contact@pipepulse.ai.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to contact@pipepulse.ai and we will handle the request.

10. Children

The website and the waitlist are not intended for children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product and the website evolve. The date at the top shows the latest version.
